And why we don't offer it for download
The frame is too large for most printers.
Each PETG material has a different degree of flexibility and slightly different tolerances.
It would have to be printed in parts and then assembled, which we tried, but it is not possible to guarantee strength and durability.
In the case of gluing, there is a risk of glue leakage due to heating from the sun and subsequent damage dashboard or cracking of the frame and possible coffee spillage.
In the case of screwing, the internal space for tissues, which was the main reason for creating this frame, will be reduced.
After extensive testing of various options, all these reasons led us to the only way to guarantee quality, strength, and durability -> Manufacturing and selling the frame ourselves. This is the only way to ensure that you will be satisfied with the frame and will be safe. If it were available for download, there would be a risk of attempts to modify the frame for smaller printer and subsequent problems, which we are preventing in this way. Safety and quality are our top priorities.
